What is the name of your state?
OH
Anxiously waiting to hear from the attorney.
Civil complaint filed. Defendant's apperance, response and preliminary objections filed. (this is done back and forth a few times)
Attorney's appear in front of Judge.
Judge asked for original complaint to be amended, amended complaint done.
Defendant's 20 day response time way up, 10 day notice sent, 10 day response time is up.
What happens now?
Any thoughts so I don't go crazy tonight if I don't hear from my attorney by the end of the day?

Get used to waiting. That's what you spend most of a civil trial doing.
Ain't that the truth!

Now, defendant's atty. filed an "entry of apperance" on the first complaint, but has yet to file one on the amended complaint.
I researched that everything filed/objected/etc. on the prior complaint is deemed "moot" since an amendment was ordered.
So, I am assuming they must file the "apperance" again? Correct?
I did speak to my atty's secretary, she said they legally have till 4:30 today to file. If they don't then my atty. will contact me Monday with the next step or send the copies of their filings, depending on what they do.
Any ideas what the "next step" is if they don't submit the apperance entry nor preliminary objections?
