What is the name of your state? Texas
my 20 year old son (college) was arrested last night for DWI. he hasn't been arraigned yet (probably this afternoon). i can post bail if needed. 1st time offense. he damaged truck wheel on curb. will pick up vehicle this morning. do we need to go ahead and arrange for an attorney to represent.....or should we just take care of case ourselves?

He should seek the advice of an attorney. A criminal charge that could involve jail time is not something he wants to handle on his own.
