2006 TX DWI suspends my CA license when I move back to Cali?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California.

I lived in California from 97-2003 then moved to Dallas.

I got a DWI 4/19/06 while living in Dallas.

I took care of all classes, all fines, (there were a lot) and paid everything years ago.

My license was fully re-instated 6 months after the court case and I have always maintend a license and insurance.

I just moved back to Cali, re-instated my old license on Monday, and then today on Thursday I got a letter stating my DL is suspended and I have to get another SR-22 and show proof of taking DWI classes??

Couple Questions before I stand in the DMV line to ask them (the paper is not very clear):
1. Am I going to have to take the DWI classes again to re-instate my license here?
2. Do I need to get another SR-22?
3. Has any one gone through this and have any experience as to what to expect?

I don't think I still have the records of going to classes for the DWI from 2006 in Dallas.
