In October 06, my transmission started to not shifted right. I take it to the delaership to get fixed they tell me nothing is wrong. I leave puzzled. In January 07, the "not-shifting-right" syndrome gets worse. I take it in, nothing is wrong. Again, I leave puzzled. In March 07, I take it in again and NOW I NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION. They replace it under warranty. Great!

Begining May 2007, my car starts to not shift right again. I take it back to the lexus dealer. They tell me nothing is wrong. Middle of May 2007, shifting is getting worse. I take it back and now the dealer knows of a "computer progam issue" for the transmission and they can fix my issues. Great! I get it back and for two days it runs great, but after that it is right back to where it was before.

I call to set up an appointment to come in and the dealership doesn't want me to until they can figure out what is going on. They are waiting for the Lexus Rep to tell them what to do. It has been almost a month now and no one is helping me. I call Lexus Corporate and they do not call back.

WHAT CAN I DO?

I went through the same thing with my Acura TL. They replaced all 3 transmissions free.
I am not a lawyer, so I can't say legally what to do. I can only say look for a Lexus forum and find out what other people are doing about the problem, because chances are, its not just your car thats having problems. I am convinced that the japanese don't know how to make automatics.

It sounds like you can make a good case for this being a "Lemon". Please see http://ag.ca.gov/consumers/general/lemon.php for more information...there are certain steps you have to take, but you seem to be in good shape for it.
