My daughter-in-law in Arizona just heard that should my son die, I would receive 25% of his life insurance. I find this really hard to believe. Confirm or Deny.

If he names a beneficiary, the beneficiary gets it all; if there was no named beneficiary at the time of his death, the life insurance proceeds would go to his estate. I do not know what the laws of AZ state as to who gets what share of his estate in the absence of a Will, but clearly he ought to prepare one, especially if he doesn't like the state's laws of intestate distribution.
