Hi i recently received a 25662 B+P MIP at Balboa beach , New port beach CA. the thing is that im 17 and i wasent even drinking when i got the ticket. I was just around the opend containers. Im asking how much the bill will be and if my licence will be suspended! also is there any community service i can do to avoid all of this?
