What is the name of your state? oklahoma
I was with a co owner of the house who is disabled. Her ex boyfriend who is also on the title stole her keys soshe asked me to break a window so we could get her stuff. While getting her stuff an officer appeared spoke to her she explained that her ex had put her in a nursing home and she was going to be moving to texas with us. They were going to foreclose on the home so she had to get her stuff which he had taken most of. The officer allowed them to continue to get the stuff. Now my husband and the lady's daughter are being charged with burglary in 2nd degree. This women is my stepson's grandmother. she had guardianship over my husband's son and now we have custody and her ex wants him for himself.Whole other matter.Basically he thinks if my husband is in jail he can get custody of the child he has no blood ties to. We don' teven know what they are being accused of stealing.
wouldn't this be a civil matter between the grandmother and her ex? what do we do?

Well, he went to turn his self in today and they said he would have to prove that the lady was on the buyer agreement.lucky for me I have all that paperwork in my possession. Charges will be dropped and the accuser will be sent to jail for bringing up false charges and purgery. Thanks for having me do all the work myself.

Guy Who Lied Cause I wouldnt Sleep With him!!!

:confused:I Need Help and Fast, I was seeing this guy and I went to visit him when the visit went sour, we basically talked and dranked and talked some more he offered to lend me his computer temporarily so i could finish my online class. We had a few drinks he made some advances, He lent me the laptop. He made more than a few sexual advances, he was very crude, lude and downright disrespectful and inappropriate and the night drew to a close I left with the laptop and continued of my way. I now recieved a call from beechwood police that he made a report the next morning that I burgularized his home. He also made it seem like I took his credit cards and license. I didnt take those things at all nor did i take the laptop needless to say he came to where i lived and called the police the police threatened me to return the items which I did, the basically called me and said u have his things return them or we are going to arrest you. I told him I would bring his things, I told him I didnt have credit cards or his phone to my knowledge. As I got in the car I searched for what he said was missing and low and behold his things were under the seat where he sat the night before. I dropped the stuff off in the nearest location, but not where they were for fear they would arrest me. No one allowed me to tell my story and now I have to go give a statement. I did nothing wrong. He is mad because the date didnt turn out with sex what do i do?:confused::confused::confused::confused::(

Good Catch?

As In He was the great catch ? Or Me LOL A little confused with all this BS. I mean what do u think I should do they are threatening me to give a statement because he said somethings about me, He also said if I returned the things which i told him several times over the phone u gave me your laptop on the next of the incident. He told the police he would not pursue any legal action now the fool was suppossed to not do anything. Now he is saying because it wasnt his business and the credit card didnt belong to him, his company is pursuing legal action. I mean what can they really do, I didnt even know the **** was in my car for god sakes. I got really snotty with him at one point cuz i knew he had me on speaker phone, I was aggravated with him and disgusted so I was like Yeah I took it , I took it cuz i was having financial issues But I was being an ******* becuase i knew he had me on speaker and at that point i was being sarcastic. I mean its ridiculous, The guy knows where I live, He knew my house number and cell number I mean he knows where I work , Who does **** like this? Why would u take something from someone and they know all that about you????

First Of All , Are U implying I stole his stuff? I didnt come on here to listen to something that I dont think u know about or the entire story;
asking for advice how to handle this situation???
I gave him back his stuff of course, I didnt bring it back to the exact location because he was
with the police from my town, I didnt get to say anything all i was being asked was to bring the things back and I am l like damn. I am accussed of something i didnt even do. I was nervous and scared to say the least cuz the kept saying. Bring it back and we wont do anything. I mean its his word against mine and I am telling the truth. The truth always comes to the light! I will be exonerated because lke I said I did nothing wrong!!!
