i was accused of 2nd degree burglary.. i was accused of throwing a chair over a fence of a mobile home park...(one thats sells mobile homes) non occupancy... but i was not in the trailer park, i was walking down the road about 1/4 mile from the place... i was identified by my clothes... there were no finger prints...just a shoe print that matched my shoes...but the dective took my shoes inside the fence with another policeman while i sat in the police car... should i plead to this?
