My husband was just convicted of second degree murder they had 3 witnesses one stated she was there but never saw my husband or his car and wasnt sure if he was even there the other two were the son and daughter of the deceased and stated they spoke to my husband and he said he did it but didnt know who was on the other side of the door. The forensic specialist testified they couldnt tell if the bullets came from inside the house or outside. the judge held the jury after the time of court closing for both days of the trial and instructed them on the second day they were not leaving without a verdict and it was already 6:00 pm they came back after 5 minutes and asked if they could convict on circumstantial evidence then delivered a guilty verdict can we appeal on lack of evidence
