What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
New York

I got my first DWI over a year ago when I was only 20, I gained a conditional license & went through the DDP. I still have my conditional license now because I still owe money to the DMV. ANYWAYS, I'm 21 now & I got pulled over last night when I was leaving a bar. I refused the breathalyzer. I got 4 tickets last night: one for refusing the test, one for inadequate/no lights, one for driving intoxicated, and one for driving against the conditional restrictions.

Simply put, without a lawyer, how much sh*t have I gotten myself into? And if I do somehow manage to hire a lawyer, what are the possible outcomes?

:(What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Look at the DMV site for possible penalties .

http://www.nydmv.state.ny.us/alcohol-drug.htm[/U]]NYS DMV - Alcohol and Drug Driving Violations

If you can afford an attorney hire one .

If you can not afford one and qualify for a Public Defender one will be appointed .

You could be looking at 120 days in Jail plus 5 years probation plus license revocation and possible fines .
