What sentence would you think will be giving to a person who has violated Sections 952 & 960 a second time? 1st time, he received 5mo @ a minimum security prison and 5mo halfway house with 3 yrs Supervised Released for 85lbs of pot. This time he got caught bringing 290lbs. He has been held since his arrest on Feb. 5 and changed his plea to guilty.
