I imagine that the people who own the boat will have to be the ones to take steps to have the current occupant legally ejected. So where you fit in to this is to stand back and stay out of it. If the boat owner AKA tenant or your boss ask or say anything then perhaps your response should be ` perhaps the boat owner should consult with a Attorney who has eviction experience ` you are free to monitor from a distance if they damage any of the marinas property or steal from the marina EG during the winter months are water and sewer and electric normally disconnected for the season? if so and the marinas tenants buy their utilities from the marina say via submetering but magically the utilities are re connected- turned on when they are supposed to be off then your boss may be able to file a theft complaint with the local PD. (If the electric is billed directly to the boat owner but Dcd every fall to stop the minimum monthly charges from re occurring then perhaps the boat owner needs to call the electric company to inform them someone may be stealing power from them.)
