30 day notice of termination of lease

What is the name of your state? FL

I have a year lease with my renters and I told them 2 months ago that I was terminating the year lease according to the terms of the lease as to when it ended. Now I'm wondering if I should post a 30 day notice on thier door just to make sure. Is it too late now that its the 3rd? Should I have a witness sign it too? I'm going to post it anyway just to be sure.

Ok , but when they say your notice wasn't timely , Just give them proper notice for the next month .

Anyone can verbally tell anyone anything . Follow your State's LL/Tenant Laws .
