30 day notice on a business

own 11 horses and a riding school for past 5yrs in same location. can the landlord give a 30 day notice for no reason and does a business with livestock and alot of equipment have a longer time to vacate.

I suspect you do not have a signed lease and that your m/m lease is a residential lease and not a commercial lease in which case L can give you notice pursuant to State L/T law.
