I HAVE LIVED IN A DUPLEX FOR OVER TWO YEARS. I HAVE MADE SEVERAL VERBAL ATTEMPTS TO GET SOME REPAIRS DONE WITH NO LUCK. I FINALLY ATTEMPTED A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR REPAIRS AND WAS GIVEN A THIRTY DAY NOTICE. I PAY THE RENT AND HAVE NOT CAUSED ANY DAMAGE. I JUST WANT MY TUB FIXED. I HAVE ONLY AN ORAL AGREEMENT. IS THIS LEGAL??? WHAT CAN I DO?
