What is the name of your state?Washington
Need a fast answer please, We have or 341 meeting coming up on monday Dec. 5th. But due to my health I am bed ridden now I can not make the meeting. We filed joint and pro se, What do we do? As my wife will have to go by herself now. Thank You all for any help!! :eek:

Well, your wife definitely has to go, she can explain to the Trustee that your health prevents you from being there. The Trustee may reschedule and allow you to 'appear' by phone or by interrogatories.
