What is the name of your state? south carolina

we finally had our 341 meeting today. it went well. no creditors showed up. the trustee said it was a no asset case and there was no complaints about any debts. my question is - our discharge date is march 22, 2005. the creditors have up till then to file a complaint about a discharge of a debt. if a creditor does this, is the whole bankruptcy dismissed or is the debt that they made a complaint about the only debt that survived the bankruptcy. does this delay the discharge of all the other debts till this matter is resolved. we just want to know in case the one creditor that we are having problems with does this. thanks for all your help..

the trustee never asked for our tax refund. does this mean that it is ours. we filed an amended schedule to exempt the tax return for this year. how long does the trustee have to collect the refund if he wants it..
