You filed an Intent-to-Use application? If so, you have your date of filing set for that time of filing that is good for at least six months.

Any extensions to the six-month period will cost you an additional $150 so you probably want to file your Allegation of Use for Intent-to-Use Application now, this if you have now started to use your mark in commerce.

Your mark will not be registered with the USPTO until you file this Allegation of Use for Intent-to-Use Application. I see offhand no reason for you to delay the filing.
