entered into 3rd party lease with as a lessor. lessee defaulted on contract. i had to eat 2 payments while he had truck. i paid cost of reposession. had a contract with lessee and the company that found him. company that put the lease together promised to make payments if he didn't. they didn't make the payments eithier. i have truck.
