4-H... Abuse?

A very close friend of mine was in Washington DC for a 4-H trip (If you don't already know this, 4-H is a non-profit club where good orals and values are supposedly taught) She is a minor. While on this trip she was experiencing trouble at home and was therefore in a foul mood sometimes, but tried not to let it interfer with what she was doing. On one day of this eight day trip, she was not feeling well. A female chaperone came into her room and started cursing at her and being what she considers verbally abusive. She was unable to say anything back due to shock because of this woman's actions. the woman then proceeded to take her by the arm and try to physically pull her out of bed. Both She and the female Chaperone are from Wisconsin. Is there any way she can get legal help for this abuse? She is emotionally scarred and has a history of Depression and mental health problems. She's afraid she will be damaged for life. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Yet another reason why these supposed not for profit "good ethics" groups should be completely investigated from top to bottom by every enforcement agency and court system.

This young lady has two things on her side:

she can press charges against this woman and have her criminally prosecuted for assault and battery. She can ALSO sue her civilly for assault and battery.
