Thank U very much I really appreciate your advice I was talking to a lawyer today and she said the same things as you. It's good to hear some good or positive news I've read q&a's and I was losing hope-but thank u very very much I am only affraid that getting them here then filing will hurt me in court later could it be concered kidnapping of any form? There are no legal papers at all, but the lawyer made the comment is there a place/website I could check it out? Again thanks 4 everything Ladyblu.

The kicker in your case is that since the original filings were thrown out, there is no *pending* court action anywhere, so you can file now for the divorce once you have the kids here with you and petition the courts for custody at the same time.

It is all in timing.
Then he will have to come here to fight the custody and divorce.
