I recently received three unpaid parking tickets with fees from December 2000. The tickets were issued in Philadelphia, PA. I now live in Texas. Tickets were $15 each plus $38 in fees. I do not recall ever receiving these tickets or receiving any prior notice. I can contest via mail. What should I include in this letter?
