401 k and pension money

My husband and I aare going thru a divorce
I think he has not fully disclosed his financial affidavidt
Am I entitled to 50% of pension and 401 K

If so is the fededral status you can refer to me
any information on property/assest distribution would be helpful

Yes i would like to know too. I am from Massachusetts and my ex owes me his 104k..etc
