What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

My child support order is in Texas, which is where i live. The ncp lives in florida. I was wondering how long florida takes to enforce the order once it is recieved from the Tx state attys office? What has been your experience dealing with two different states, and child support?? Also it says they can take out of investments savings etc. does that include 401k's as well?

Thank you :)

You can expect that enforcement will take awhile, but be patient and keep in contact with the FL DOR.
