If I am enrolled in a 401k through the company that I work for and that company goes out of business or bankrupt, and I am fully 100 percent vested in that 401k is there any way they can get the money from my 401k account.
My company uses Wells Fargo as an administrating company.

If you are asking whether or not your employer can access those funds and use them for their own purposes, the answer is no, they can't.

If somehow they were to manage to do so, you would file an immediate complaint with the Federal DOL. That is the sort of thing people go to jail for.
