42year old nephew has moved-in, how to rid?

What is the name of your state? Kansas

76yr old man/72yr old woman have allowed a 42yr old nephew to move-in to re-cuperate from brain injury and the nephew seems determined to stay forever. Occupancy is now at 60days, nephew has no job, no future, has numerous child support problems, credit card liabilities. The 76yr uncle still making income by mowing lawns, but now has to split income with nephew who assists. 72yr aunt is very fearful of nephew due to violent history, but is more afraid of gossiping neighbors when authorities show-up. The aunt/uncle have taken care of this young man through several marriages and money problems, but the aunt is now fed-up. The uncle is neutral. Today, the aunt has demanded the nephew to move. What are legal avenues?

*** Since they granted him the right to live there, he is now considered a 'tenant'. As such, there only option is to start eviction proceedings..... starting with giving the 'tenant' the required notice to leave.
