What is the name of your state? massachusetts.
i had surgery in 1998 on c-5 through c7 cervical spine. i have been working and for the last year only four hours a day.
i have medial branch blocks every six weeks since my surgery. i am having problems working the four hours. If i continue to work four hours a day, when comp makes the final settlement will i be considered 50 % disabled? is there a difference in the final settlement if you are 50% disables as to 100% disabled. if i can work at all i will never be able to work more than 4 hours a day.thanks.

A permanent partial disability settlement is calculated based on the degree of impairment you have, not how many hours per day you are able to work. Depending upon a number of factors and your State's WC reg's, you *may* be eligible for an additional settlement for future loss of earning capacity and/or vocational rehabilitation.
