We are looking for a lawyer who will work on contigency.
We have a friend - a 53 year old man who worked very hard for his employer, to the point where he caught pneumonia and subsequently died. He has a rare form of lung cancer and we wondered if he caught that from working with all those high tech equipment in Silicon Valley. The doctors seem overly zealous in requesting that they pull the "plug" on his to let him die. He died within a month of complaining of headaches.

You need to:

1. Quit posting for your "friends". Tell them to come here themselves.

2. Make up your mind about who you are. You cannot be husband AND wife.

That's terrible. It sounds like that could be the case. His family could have a wrongful death case on their hands. The liability may be very tough to prove. They will need a good attorney, as they will need all of his medical records. The attorney will also have to hire a medical expert to review the case. This could become very pricey. If they are serious about taking action, and it seems they should, they might want to consider presettlement funding. They can use that money if the attorney requires them to help with obtaining medical experts.
