DUI VICTIM

New member
CALIFORNIA,

CJ -- 5th DUI conviction sentenced to 3-years in county prison, 2-years stayed, she served about 10-months in jail and now wants off of felony probation after being sentenced to 3-years in the first place and with numerous prior DUI probation violations and revocations. All of her DUI were within about a 3-year span.

What is the likelihood of success in such a situation?

The crystal ball is out for repairs. I suggest you visit a Tarot card reader for an answer.

No one can answer your question.

We don't appreciate doxing people here even when they are repeat drunk drivers.

Unfortunately, you reside in a state that is bankrupt both fiscally and morally. You can expect her to get kicked out of prison long before her sentence is up.

Per the OP she never went to prison and is already out of jail: she got a three year sentence but 2 of it stayed and thus won't be served unless she violates probation, did 10 months of the one year (probably got out early due to good time credits or whatever California calls it) and is on probation. The issue is that now she wants off the probation. It's not clear how much of the probation she's served and how much is left to go, not does the OP say what reason she'd give to justify letting her off probation early. If it is just because she doesn't like it, well, I expect she'll be disappointed to find that isn't good enough to get early release.

This thread appears to be a continuation of a long-running campaign against C.J. by a wife upset about C.J. having an extramarital affair with the poster's husband.

There are several stories about C.J. dating back a few years. The unedited version of the original post seemed suspect. It appeared, as FlyingRon noted, designed solely as a way to dox the woman.

Are the stories here? Can you post a link to one of them?
