Hi, I live in Georgia.

I sent the tenants a letter stating that this was a proposal for a 60 day notice to terminate lease agreement. I asked the tenant to sign it whether or not she accept or decline. I stated that March and April she could live in the property for free and by May 1, 2001 she must be out of the property completely.
What I want to know is, could I have just sent her the 60 days notice to terminate instead of an proposal. And if she decline, can one be sent? Help please
