What is the name of your state? CA

i was charged for 647(b) prostitution solicitation and DA offered me 602(k). Pleaded no contest to 602(k) believing it is not a CIMT.
I read some attorneys say it is and some say it is not. Is this crime involve moral turpitude?
Does this conviction cause a problem for getting a professional license?
Thank you ...

California's PC 602(k) is not considered a crime of moral turpitude.

It is up to the professional licensing agency how to weigh the misdemeanor but the crime should not bar your licensing on CIMT grounds.

You should speak to an attorney in your area for a personal review.
