I'm not sure where I would go to find out this information, if anyone can help me....OK, In Florida, how can a person get Florida plates legaly when they don't live there? I know someone that has FL plates but lives in CT, he has never lived in FL. He might be lieing about where he's living but I don't think so. Can this be done?
