Texas. When my husband got his divorce his ex wife and he agreed that she would do the divorce. She told him all kinds of things that were in the papers and none of them were. She has dangled their son over his head for seven years now. Is there anyway after this amount of time that he could do something about what the divorce decree says? Please help.
