What is the name of your state? CT

Wife and daughter came to US on K3/K4 in 2002. Visa expired without adjustment being done. Filed for divorce before initial interview...May 2005. The kid got advanced parole for a summer visit to see her grandparents. When I withdrew my petitions, wife loss status and kid lost parole (inadvertantly)-- QUESTION: Any way to get the kid back to her mom?? I feel bad... Not bad enough to stay married to the mom- for sure!! The mom/my current wife says she's not leaving the US. Curious... Thanks.

Holy crap pal, this gets worse and worse.

If you're still married, I suppose you could look at petitioning the kid as your stepchild.
But I wouldn't want to be there to try and explain the situation.

This is really beyond the scope of a chat board. Why don't you hook mom up with some low/no cost immigration legal help.
And go get yourself a divorce lawyer too :(
Did she move out yet?
