What is the name of your state? "Washington"

I received a letter from a company with the following information; they claim I committed over thirty (30) infractions …………… This behavior, along with the numerous past Code violations, constitutes excessive vulgar, inappropriate, harassing and threatening conduct in violation of multiple rules set forth in the Code ………….

………As we cannot take any further action, we have closed our file on this matter.

Pretty much all the info they gave me.

I deny and did not commit any infraction stated in that letter.

- Is there a way that I as consumer allowed to have a complete copy of my files and to complete review the infractions they claim to have against me (for example logs , screenshots etc?)

(I can guarantee that they are faked and fraud if there exists at all)

Question in short. – A company holds personal record of me. Can I demand a copy of it?

If so, Can I have form ^^

you are NOT in washington so until you come back with a little honesty, including what the hell you're talking about, you get nothing.
