What is the name of your state? Mo.

The husband and I are wondering if court dates for adoptions are open to the public as a part of the docket? My ex is wanting to show up to the hearing and he signed a Waiver of Service of Summons. So we realize that he has signed away his right to be informed but we aren't sure if he can just call the courthouse to get the info. We were hoping to go to the hearing and make it a day of celebration privately.
When the adoption is done, is it our responsibility to make sure that he gets copies of the paperwork? Will the courthouse just forward the documentation to him?

Thanks!
