I'm currently seeking a divorce in the state of Illinois. I know that a no-fault divorce may be obtained after six months of seperation if both parties agree. May I file for divorce at any time, or must I wait until the end of the six months?

With a signed, no-fault agreement, what are the chances that a judge will deny it, based upon the terms? Do they pay much attention to it? If so, how may I minimize the chances of it being rejected?

We have a very simple situation with no property to divide, and only one child, and we agree fully on the visitation arrangements. Can a paralegal reliably provide me with the questions that I need to answer in order to fill out the forms properly?

Thank you.
