My friend is leaving her boyfriend whom she has a child with. He is taking her to court for partical custody. My friends boyfriend is a sneaky person. My question is if he brings up in court that my friend used to smoke weed before she had her child will that matter at all because it was before the child was around.

none that i am aware of. I think the reason my freiend is concerned is because she knows and has proof that he uses drugs and he will try to get her into trouble as well. Childish i know but that is how his brain is wired.

Does she still use drugs? I hope not.
Unless he has proof it his word against hers.

Thanks she doesnt she is a great mom. The only proof he might have is his drug friends, which he can never get a hold of, or are in jail.
