South Carolina - Got a S corporation where minor stockholder and landlord locked major stockholder out of the business. City police would not help, sheriff's dept says its city police, local magistrate says dont want to be involved. The corporate account was closed and moines moved and put in account under land lords name. Finally got back in building and took control of business but now my funds tied up in another bank that i do not have access to and landlord will be serving me with eviction notice after 13 years in same place. No funds to pay up front for attorney but know that several laws have been broken including civil rights. Cannot even get local authorities to write incident report, they say it is someone elses reponsibilty. The business is losing ground fast due to negligence on part of minor stockholder and landlord during handling of business it took 3 weeks to get back into. Where can i find a lawyer that will help? Or where can i get information to handle this illegal take over, regain my funds, and bring action against law enforcement for not doing thier job and so forth?[/SIZE]

Thank you,

Kim
