I went to visit my boyfriend who is in jail.
a correctional officer end up threathen and harrasing me and kicked me out....I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG....
he did it because he does not people of my race...but he blamed it on something lame like a letter.... im like what?.....
my question is what kind/type of lawyer would handle a case like this?
can this guy be fired?

No, not really. I will say though that from your posts, you have no case. The only thing I see is that your feelings were hurt by a correction officer doing their job, and now you are upset. Just because you are upset, and were unable to see your boyfriend (whom is in jail), does not mean you can sue. Have a good day.

now as for the co doing his job.... his job is NOT to harrass or threathen anyone...and thats what he did.....and that is unfair...

Wow. I hope you have a better argument than that. So far you have said nothing that indicates a race issue, so why is this a race issue? Maybe your BF has a bad attitude on jail. Maybe there is a policy that states there is not to be anything passed between the inmate and visitor and this why you were kicked out. So maybe you weren't following rules and thought you were exempt because of your race
