I dont know if this is the correct place to inquire. I need to know if a past criminial record keeps from an individual from going to law school and beoming an attorney. Lets see, charges such as dwi, dui, speeding tickets and a battery charge against a police officer as a minor. Does a person's juvinile record keep them from becoming an attorney? I have read that you must go thru a moral interview is this true?

**A: do more reading and more research. It soulds like this person would make a good public defender or criminal defense attorney due to first hand experience.
