Georgia, a friend of mine is 16 and pregnant, what are her legal rights? Is she emancipated? Because I found a site that said she was because she is pregnant? If not what is the probability that she can get emancipated, and how difficult will this be?

She is MEDICALLY emancipated, meaning that she has the right, with the help of her doctor, to make her own decisions regarding her medical care and that of her baby. She is NOT legally emancipated and her chances of being legally emancipated prior to her 18th birthday are less than zero. Georgia has recently tightened up on their laws regarding emancipation and if she ever had any chance of being legally emancipated, which is unlikely at best, she shot herself in the foot when she got pregnant if that was the goal.

The automatic emancipation because you are pregnant loophole in Georgia law was closed via statute in 2005.
