What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Puerto Rico
:confused:I'm not sure if this belongs here but I think is the most appropiate section to post it so here it goes:

I was looking for alternative ways to generate some aditional income so I joined an affiliate program. They asked me to give my Social Security number, personal information and to upload my photo and I was suspicious about that but at the end I did it anyway. I wasn't satisfied so I did some research about the company and found out that sometimes they are a little tricky when the time to pay arrives. That led me to suspect that maybe they don't have the best ethics code and that maybe they can use my information to make some kind of scam.

I need the legal point of view about this matter so I need someone with knowledge about this to tell me what is the worst thing that they can do with my information. I don't know if I'm allowed to post the name of the company so I'll give you a tip to make it easier for you to identify it. The company is one of the largest if not the largest in the adult dating business.

If it's allowed to post the name of the company tell me and I'll do it as soon as you tell me.:eek:

I'm not concerned about not beeing paid or something like that. The biggest of my concerns is what they can do with my information since they have my Social Security number and photo. Maybe they can make a fake ID with my photo and do something ilegal. I know nothing about legal matters that's why I posted my situatoin here.
