She doesnt have a computer or anything to access the site so she just asked if I can post to help her out on here.

Is there anymore advice anyone can give her on this?

I would advise her to go to your home and use your computer. Or to her local library and use their computer. Or to another friend or family members home to use their computer. I would also advise you to take everything this mother tells you, with a BIG grain of salt. ;)
