I got a quick question about unsubstantiated CPS reports. If a NCP knowingly makes a false report to CPS, and does it repeatedly is there any type of legal repercutions that can be taken??
On a side note, I would like to thank everyone who helped with my friends situation.(my last thread) Her case was closed quickly and the CPS worker was not happy about the fathers attitude and claims. This one definately backfired on him!!:D Thanks again!
