What is the name of your state? Florida

I reside in Florida but the question would be applicable across the states. As a professional salesman I have worked for 6 companies in the last 25 years. Most of these companies were large software companies. I now work for a small business and the owner is not business savvy. He is driving my nuts over my contacts. Of my active contacts, 99% came with me when I joined this company. My questions is: Who owns a sales contact? Contacts are pretty much all a sales rep has.
