What is the name of your state? TX

I had a child support hearing about two months ago. They still had not located my ex to serve him so the OAG decided to dismiss the legal aspect of the case until the could get a good locate on him and serve him.

HOwever, I signed on to the Dallas County website last night and saw that the dismissal case had been cancelled and a new contempt/enforcement hearing issued for July of this year.

Do you think this means they located him? You know how hard it is to reach someone who knows what they are talking about at the OAG's office!

can you pull up the court record and see if service is notated? I can do that in my state through the circuit court access page and it shows service

On the site I have been on many times, he shows when he has gone unserved during previous hearings.....but it states nothing by this new one

Just a bump! If anyone knows where to find an easy answer.... :)
I don't know where you could find an easy answer....but logic seems to say that if in the past non service has been noted, and this time it hasn't, then I would tend to think that it means that they actually located and served him.

Logic would state that.....of course, this is the Office of the Attorney General and it seems very little is logic involved!
