What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Arizona

I came back home in darkness with so many bandages without anybody noticing us.

I have made a vow to myself to reveal the lies of those who stole my life.

Here is the truth they are trying to conceal from you

As casualties mount in Iraq, so has the monetary cost of the war. The military is now spending more than $5.8 billion each month, top officials told Congress this week.

..

The Army, with about 110,000 soldiers on the ground in Iraq, has a monthly "burn rate" of $4.7 billion.

The Air Force is spending about $800 million monthly.

The Marines, which are spearheading the fighting in Fallujah, had an average monthly war cost of $300 million

The US government uses lots of methods to reduce the number of victims:

Only American soldiers are counted into the statistics, and even in this category they don't give the exact numbers

And what if we knew that the US government gave thousands of non-Americans promises of a citizenship if they fight in Iraq

and what if we knew that The US government uses thousands of American, British, and other bounty killers who work for the "special security companies" for high salaries and the US government isn't responsible for their safety

Number of killed soldiers till now: 9,500

Number of wounded soldiers till now: 24,000

Number of deserters: 8,000

War cost till now:
http://costofwar.com/

Number of bounty killers in Iraq: 27,000

Number of bounty killers killed till now: 16,300

Iraqi daily average attacks: 80-90

And this has to do how with military legal affairs?

Also, it's a little disingenuous to post stuff like this on a board and claim to be a wounded vet just back from Iraq. No one here can know if that is the truth. If it is the case it still doesn't give you a pass to claim our actions there are either just or unjust - they remain opinions and nothing more.

No one stole your life. You volunteered at least once. If you were in a combat arms service you had to have known at some point you may engage in combat or be wounded or killed. If you are what you say you are you have enormous benefits available to you. If you lost a leg in a car accident or a work place injury you would not have the network of support, lifelong compensation or pride in service you have now.

Costs a lot to run the military even in peacetiime. Did you account for the additional costs of war, or are you merely totaling up everything spent? There is a fifth service involved in the war effort. The Coast Guard. Ever hear of them?

Oh, and there's a whiny-ass bitch hanging out in Crawford, Texas who could probably use your help. :D

George W. Bush is our glorious leader and defender of the universe. He is a uniter of all christians and because of him we are eventually going to spread democracy and christianity to Iraq when we crush the small handfull of insurgents left. Iraq has long been under control of the infidel Saddam Hussein, who attacked us on 9-11 and possessed weapons of mass destruction and sought nuclear weapons from some country in Africa. It would be who of us all to stand behind our great leader in this tough time of war. Victory will prevail, we WILL win. Anything bad said about our pesident is purely lies from bizarre and extremely unpatriotic liberals, who are either with us or with those damn terrorists.

I'm copying this idiot's response and keeping it as an example of the idiocy plaguing our nation.

Bush popularity at all-time low, poll finds
From staff reports
President Bush's popularity has sunk to the lowest levels of his presidency, the Gallup poll organization said Friday.

In poll results released Friday afternoon, the president's approval rating was 40%, the lowest in his presidency by 4 points.

The poll of 1,007 adults was conducted Monday through Thursday, a period overlapping the president's series of speeches defending his Iraq war policies.

Those surveyed in the poll included 29% Republicans and 35% Democrats.

The Gallup organization said the president's disapproval rating was 56%. That rating, and the 40% approval figure, are the most negative ratings of the Bush administration. Bush's previous low point in approval was 44% in a poll conducted July 25-28.

Among Republicans, Gallup said, Bush's 82% approval rating is down from the 85%, 86%, 87%, 87%, and 86% recorded in the last five polls prior to this one, and is below the 89% Republican approval rating he has gotten this year before the most recent poll. He has averaged a 92% approval rating among Republicans for his entire presidency, the Gallup Web site said.

In a second set of poll results released Friday, those surveyed put their overall satisfaction with the way things are going in the U.S. at 34%, the lowest since March 1996.

I think a few people on here have a little trouble recognizing sarcasm.

UM... ARE YOU NUTS??? Saddam Hussein did not attack us 9-11, Bin Ladden did. I think you have your terrorists mixed up. The WMD were NEVER FOUND. Or are YOU hidding them??? As for Bush being a great leader.. you must be smoking something pretty damned good!!! That idiot couldn't lead a group of blind men across a street with no traffic and not get them killed. SPREAD CHRISTIANITY TO IRAQ??????? THEY ARE MUSLIMS ... and will never be CHRISTIANS. I can see them all standing in line just waiting to become SOUTHERN BAPTISTS! Trust me... they are not going to all decide to change their names to Billy Bob and go to Sunday School. These people are NEVER going to ask.. WWJD. While he is at it, maybe old Dubya can ask Mr. Billy Bob Muslim real nice if they can lower the price of crude oil so we don't keep getting raped at the gas pump! Perhaps when they ALL become christians and are SAVED, THEY can boost Dubya's approval rating.
This would not be a "tough time of war" if this idiot had not felt compelled to "finish what his idiot father started 13 years ago".

I pity all of you who voted for him.

The government's expeditious and highly effective response to Hurricane Katrina is about as clear and upfront as possible as to how much our dear President is a great leader and uniter of people in light of a devastating tragedy. Not since 9/11 has America witnessed such inspiring leadership from the great Bush Administration. I think he should sign an executive order stating he can serve for more than 2 terms...he is our glorious leader who shall lead us for the rest of his life. Kudos to Brown and FEMA for their outstanding response to the Hurricane....just keep ignoring those liars in New Orleans who say you weren't there!!!! They don't know what they are talking about anyways; most are poor and unemployed. Go team Bush!!!!!!!!!
