My fiance has a legal liability company L.L.C , and she has promoted and organize dan event that occurred with professionalism completely with plenty operations to avoid safety hazards, plus security, no drugs, weapons, . It was a concert fundraiser which happene don oct. 14th for the cancer society with Dj's performing. It went well, now there are Kids such as these Dj's that want to turn around and reuse this venue but my fiance does not or hope that noone reuses it especially this one crew of kids because they are just going to turn it into a rave with drugs involved, even selling of drugs involved in the rave at the beautiful natural habitat of open space polo field which is owned privately. My fiance already did everything legal by contracts and county permits plus sheriff and fire department calls for awareness for our event. My fiance is wondering how can we keep kids off this land or from reusing this land again in this negative form??
Who can we notify or defenitly keeps this site from not being used until my fiance with her legal L.L.C. gets to use it ONE MORE TIME WITH SURE-FIRE SUCCESS. After our second event there later months down the road we would then like others to use it with the professionalism we have treated this land with.??

Sincerely,

Paul

Unless you or your fiancee own the property/venue, whoever does can rent it out to any darned person/group they want, whether your fiancee likes it or not.

You said it is private property. What makes you think you have the right to determine who/how it is used?
