i have been seperated from my husband for almost 1 year. we were married in florida. a year ago i move out of the state (to nv) and he moved as well but to another state, arizona. i have been trying to divorce him and have been having difficulties. my tangled mess is: i now live in tx, i am 20 weeks pregnate with someone else's baby - whom i now live with, and my husband is still giving me a hard time about getting a divorce. he is concerned with his responceablity for the baby (the father and i plan to marry after this mess gets resolved), me taking his 401K (which i want nothing to do with), credit card debt, and a house that we own (i have signed a quick clame deed). is there anything i can do? i still have 3 months to go before i become a resident of tx (he is a legal resident of az). is there a fast solution to this situation? time is ticking...i don't want to be married to this man when my baby is born!! any advice would be very welcome and appreciated.

Either wait 3 months or have him file for divorce in AZ. It would be in his best interest to do so..
